The company, SI Corporate Finance, a. s. (hereinafter referred to as SICF), was founded in October 1998 as a subsidiary company of STRATEGO INVEST, a. s., a notable non-bank securities dealer. In 2000, it was bought out by the management and currently the majority shareholder is Stratego Private Equity, AG.

Since its foundation SICF has implemented a number of investment projects, it has provided consulting to a wide clientele including multinational companies and has implemented for its clients project financing amounting to more than CZK 10 billion and acquisitions in excess of CZK 16 billion.

The company’s registered capital is CZK 20 million.

Investment projects

We seek investment opportunities, which we finance and subsequently manage ourselves. We are interested especially in acquisition opportunities in the field of modern and forward-looking technologies.
