Investments

We systematically seek investments in companies or projects dealing especially with production activity with potential in new and forward-looking technologies. Individual teams of the company manage and develop these investments. When entering into or founding a company, a clear exit strategy is defined, leading mostly to finding a strategic partner that would develop the company’s activities as part of the synergies arising from the merger or takeover of the company from the portfolio or administration of SICF.

A number of successful projects have already been implemented in this way, e.g. the purchase, restructuring and sale of Zkušebnictví, a. s., the foundation, development and sale of CONTEG, a. s. and companies of the GRAPE Group, or the purchase, restructuring and sale of Transgas Net (later NET4NET).

The following ownership interests are currently in the portfolio of SICF or in its administration for the majority shareholder or partners of SICF:
